This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area, but still within walking distance of the center and all the restaurants. The rooms have a nicely renovated, modern interior with very good facilities. The terrase is a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast offered by the hotel is a definite highlight.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach in a regular street. The centre of Juan les Pins is a 10 minute walk on the beach boulevard. The room was nice & modern, although the bed was a little small.

Close to the beach and shopping areas. The hotel staff offered valuable recommendations about places to visit and how to move around the city. The cleanliness was outstanding and the facilities matched my expectations. The hotel's proximity to the nearest train station made my stay easier.
No issues.

Cosy small hotel in a very calm place, 5 min walk to excellent beach. Nice rooms with a new furniture (we were staying in 2 -rooms suite). Friendly, but not quick staff :-))
I think this hotel will not be comfortable for family with children, cause there are no washing machine, kitchen stove, kettle. Room was not really clean.

Location is great - near the beach and restaurants. The staff was helpful, providing excellent recommendations. The room size was also a plus, with plenty of space for our group of four. The air conditioning worked well in the humid weather.
The room was dirty and outdated. The carpets had stains, and the walls were scuffed and peeled.

Mandara Beach is perfect for a low cost beachside getaway in Antibes. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the host is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location is perfect, only a five minute walk to the beaches and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

Manadara Beach is a 15 minute walk from the train station. It is on a quiet street and very quiet at night. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a family size 2 bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable, modern, and spacious, very clean. It is also less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots and restaurants, and bakeries, groceries stores with easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

A ray of sunshine on a rainy day. The manager went above and beyond in accommodating our early check-in request and provided excellent advice on local attractions and dining options. The room was comfortable, with great natural light and a spacious, clean bathroom. Despite the bad weather, the positive attitude and welcoming environment at the hotel made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

As I read the reviews I am asking myself if I was the only one who ended up with a bad room and has complaints? Or am I the only one with open eyes? The rom I booked was a suite. The pictures posted are very deceiving. You book the room and look at all the pictures and you think you are getting a room with a nice spacious bathroom...think again in some case, you end up with a total bathroom size of 1.50m by 2.00 and that is being generous! The bathroom fell apart, there was water damage everywhere. The shower was taped and held on with a screw, water splashed out the shower into the bedroom which was literally right in front of the bed with no door or anything. Wifi did not work in the room, had to go to the lobby to use it. The owner tried to sell the Hotel for 1 year, unsuccessfully, and then was forced to run it again since they of course need to make money. The outside is falling apart, the walkway is in pieces and the grounds not very well kept. The lady that runs the place has one helper and also watches her little child at the same time as she runs the place. Even though she is polite, she is just overwhelmed with the daily tasks and a small baby and another older child to take care off. Did I mention she also cleans the place with 1 helper and she does the breakfast? On to breakfast. For the extra charge that the breakfast costs you get a very small breakfast and nothing is fresh. The breads, the croissants all are packaged stuff that gets heated up and that is what I do not understand, we are in teh country of baked goods and there is a million bakeries but you get package stuff?? This is breakfast: 1 croissant, 1 chocolate sweet bread, 1 roll, 1 butter, 2 small jams, 1 nutella. 1 coffee, 1 packaged juice and 1 portion of apple sauce. Quite frankly it is not what I would call breakfast. But the dove that visited us was happy about the snacks:) Parking is a row against the wall with space for 4-5 cars. Just hope the other people know how to parallel park.

We had a family suite which came with two terraces. I expect there are chaeper rooms with the same facilities All of the necessities to self cater were there along with the daily attention of a family run hotel. The decor was modern and the appearance was quite new. The woman owner spoke good English and was helpful when asked, although there was little tourism information on display. the wifi worked all the time, and very quickly.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable room. The staff was very frendly and gave us good tips for our stay in Antibes. Good location close to the beach but there is guite a walk to the Antibes city center.
Nothing to complain.
